So, I'm new here and I have been suffering with really bad period pains and pain outside my period for 5 + years. I have been on nearly every type of pill and had an IUD fitted but nothing has worked. I am referred to the gyn in two or so weeks time, as my doctor is almost certain now that its endometriosis. I woke up this morning with really intense cramps that carried over from last night and a headache from hell. I feel weird in my body, almost like I'm going to faint. Anyone have any advice to help ease the pain or just any advice in general? <3
