My Final MRI results..

After 6 months of waiting..

It says that I have a 6 x 9 mm hemorrhagic cyst in the right ovary, concerning for endometrioma. There are no solid adnexal or ovarian masses evident.

For my left ovary, There are 2 hemorrhagic cysts measuring 5 and 6 mm each. There is a 67 x 39 x 49 mm hemorrhagic cystic lesion without internal IV contrast. Uptake and arising from left ovary, most consistent with an endometrioma. The lesion sits in the Douglas cavity abutting the rectosigmoid junction and sigmoid colon. Anteriorly it sits on the top of the uterus. There is a trace amount of fluid in the Douglas cavity.

So I guess the injection did not work so well for me.

Plus, I'm having a very bad lower back pain.. especially my right side..

What do you guys think of the results? Does anyone have the same problem?
