Does anyone else get bad itchy on arms legs and face it burns so badly want to scratch my arm off just goes red then I have to itchy, I’m really cold but my body is so hot so I think it’s my body temperature so unsure if anyone has this any ideas how to stop it

Hi..ive had problems with random itchiness at night for a couple of years at least before i got diagnosed with Endo..but they suspect ive had endo 6 years. itchiness got worse woth a lot of meds, oramorph and some steroids and antihistamines made the itching worse. it drives you insane xx

I get this. It’s called demographism - where you can write on your skin or it could be Uticaria (I have both). Demographism is where you can write on your own skin by touch and if you have (for example) a waist band or something touching skin it flares there. It’s caused by a number of things but is basically an auto immune response. I take daily antihistamine to help manage it. I Would suggest you take photos of your flare ups and take them to the Dr. I found that some foods can trigger a flare up but also stress can. If you can work out trigger foods that may help you.

Autocaria is a bit different and tends to travel around the body causing small blisters and swelling around joints and feels like burning. I’ve never found my triggers for the autocaria 😕.

Thankyou this helps a lot I think it is it’s so random one minuet I can be fine then I went to tear my own skin off I’ll speak to my doctor Thankyou so much xx
