Period problems !!!

Hi everyone

I stopped/came off my Decapeptyl injections December (after 9 months/9 injections) and had my first period March 26th - it was heavy and long and painful (to be expected I guess!)

However, since then, I have not had my next one - I have been spotting and having occasional light bleeds for 2 weeks with some cramps and pain, but nothing else.

I was diagnosed with an ovarian cyst last week (I knew I had one for much longer but no one believed me!). Could this effect my cycle? There is no chance of pregnancy or anything like that, and normally my periods are like clockwork.
