I bit the bullet last week and agreed to give up on ttc and go back on the pill. The doctor prescribed a pill called Rigevidon. Has anyone got any experience of this one? My sister just freaked me out by saying she’d heard some horror stories about it?
Thanks!

I know a few of my friends at work were on that pill and they didn't get on with it. But everyone is different so fingers crossed it is the one for you!
Rigevidon is a standard first line contraceptive pill - from what I've heard most people have no issues on it, plus it's safer than marvelon/dianette etc as the risk of blood clots is lower.
I was on Rigevidon for a while, i didnt have many problems with it. It made my period a lot lighter and less painful than what it usually was. It did make me dry down there so lube is a must have, and i had the occasional mood swing. hope this helps x
I think Rigevidon is the generic one they start everyone on so I think a lot of people won't agree with it because when you say it doesn't, they try you on more to find one tailored to you, if that makes sense. I got on ok with it for a year or two but when I went back in they said they thought a lot of the symptoms I was having were because of the pill and put me on a low estrogen one. I wouldn't say it's any worse than any other I've tried (apart from Cerazette which was evil) but I'd try it for a few months and see if it ends up being ok for you x
