Very Sad...

I had an MRI under a specialist centre and was really looking forward to todays appointmemt living in hope that the things that need to be done can be well underway..sadly aftet being seen 45 minutes later than my actual appointmrnt time i was told the report had not arrived..and until then nothing could be done...i tried to hold it together but then i just broke down..and cried... relying on fentanyl patches to get through each day and having my 2 toddlers depend on me while being in mad amounts of pain everyday has not been easy...i felt really let down..twas a waste of appointment and a waste of parking fee...apparently i wasnt the only one to be let down... i got told that 3 patients before me had to be turned away too... i now have to wait for another appointment and have been given a number to ring to ensure that the report has come through before even attending the appointment.. and it will take a month..so its all about waiting now..just verry verry sad...

So sorry to hear what you've been through. It makes me so angry. These things keep happening and we have neither the time nor health to make written complaints.
