Your in pain everyday all day it’s so draining and then out of the blue it’s all gone. Your not sore and you are not exhausted. So you pause and take a deep breath and realise how crazy it is to be pain free

Yes! After constant pain and discomfort every day for over a year, I have had a number of days now where I have felt no pain... it’s been strange but I am definitely not complaining. When pain and discomfort become the norm this feeling of freedom is is what I have been dreaming of! Even if it only lasts a moment!

It’s a crazy thing to be grateful for. Everyone who is lives pain free on a daily basis r so Unaware of what it actually feels like to not be in pain. Surreal. U almost cry with happiness
