Diagnosed with pelvic congestion syndrome..?

Has anyone been diagnosed with pelvic congestion syndrome and what have you had to help?

I got diagnosed when having an exploratory lap to look for endo but was diagnosed with this instead.

Was told to stay on the depo injection and that it will help. I’m still bleeding and having the horrendous pain, I don’t know what to do ..

any advise or stories would be appreciated! x
