New endo pains??

Hey so I've been diagnosed with endo, had one op to remove most of it. They couldn't remove the bit on my bowel as they'd need a bowel surgeon present. I was told it's up to me whether I want that op as it's not penetrating at the moment. This was November.

I'm on my period and I've been having the worst pains; along with the normal cramping I'm used to, I now have a deep pain in my bum, when I sit or lie down during my period. Could this be related to the bowel endo? It's kind of like when you've been straining lots and it all just aches inside or you've been holding it for ages. I don't know how else to describe it. It's horrible but everything in my bowels seems to be working fine.

The pain / achey / tired feeling is back only three months later, could that be the return of endo?

Help! Has anyone else got this symptom?
