Pudendal neuralgia post hystercetomy - any advice?

I underwent a total hysterectomy just over a year ago for stage 4 endometriosis. For the last 6 months I have been suffering with neuralgic pain in pelvic/saddle area (burning/spike sensation/aching). I am now being referred to neurologist and pain team for probable pudendal neural from my hysterectomy - any advice appreciated as I had really hoped that my hysterectomy would have been the 'final fix'

Hey XX I didn't have a hysterectomy but have wound up in a similar place. I developed coxodynia after either the excision surgery or the 3 lumbar punctures I had 4 days after when I got viral meningitis. It's been really horrid with that poker feeling and the pain or buzzing or twinges running down my legs.i also developed joint pain and chronic fatigue syndrome and reflux esophogitis.

I use a u cushion I bought on Amazon which does help a lot in preventing it and after seeing a pain specialist im trying pregabalin and have been offered trigger injections, so it's well worth trying to see a good one.

Hope this helps xx

Thanks for replying - hoping pain team can help improve symptoms and/or offer alternative pain options x
