Still have endo flare ups on zolodex?

Got that weird endo pain in my legs and at my right side when I first was getting diagnosed I had this. Kicked off today again. On my zolodex injections I thought it would go away.. clearly not :(((

I am on my second Zoladex injection now (had it monday) and the pain has got worse. I've read you can have flares but my consultant has said to keep an eye as if it does not improve it prob isnt Endo.

But I’ve had a lap and I’ve been diagnosed with stage 4 severe endo it’s all over my bladder.. but I’m flaring up currently I’ve had 3 injections so far.

I went to the gym 3 times last week I don’t usually go so I don’t know if it’s the over doing it, or my diet
