In agony with my stomach but I don't know why

Hi all. Hope you all are well. I am due to go to clinic on the 21st Jan 2018. I am in agony. With my stomach. Whenever someone touches it, it feels like it's a big bruise. I have stabbing pains in my groin. I'm on implant and don't really see a period. But last time I did have it was really heavy. And for 14 days. I was admitted in hospital last year with same pains. But doctors put it down to chronic pain. I'm on morphine but don't seem to do anything. Anyone else the same? Need help xxx
