Have you tried a hot water bottle? I know it’s basic but it can help ease the pain for a bit. Also maybe go to your doctor and they can give strong painkillers xx

Oooh! understand too well how you are feeling, a heated pad is the only thing you can use until you get back to your GP and ask for something stronger with me it was mefamic acid I bless the day I was prescribed this. Take care

Get your hands on an electric heat pad, Amazon sell decent ones and I know bath salts are expensive but a handful of these in your bath will help so much boots.com/westlab-pure-mine... hope you get some relief soon x

soaks have been my best dreind...i was on mefanamic acid then solfadol then morphine.right now matrifen fentanyl patches hit the perfect spots of pain...

Turmeric tea drinking it reduces inflammtion ..that helped me over the weeks
