Hello everyone this is my first post I’m 45 years old and I was diagnosed with pelvic endometriosis and recto- vaginal endometriotic nodule in January this year I’m 3 weeks post op today I still have my stitches in place on the outside I have deep internal stitches which im really starting to feel today ☹️
I had my right ovary Fallopian tube & cyst removed on 1st December (had a part hysterectomy in 2014)
Then due to Endometriosis’s in 2015 I had a bowel resection thought that was the end then due to groin pain feeling fatigue being in pain I was seen by my consultant who sent me for a MRI scan showed all of the above the endometriosis had attached itself to part of the bowel and also my femoral artery ended up in theatre a bit longer than first expected, I’m not going on any hrt going to see how I get on or look for something herbal if anyone has found them to work please let me know 😁
I feel I can get on with life now I lost my beautiful mum 19 years ago to ovarian cancer mum was only 48 no age and had her whole life ahead of her so it’s always been at the back of my mind ❤️
My daughter is 23 and has just been diagnosed with adenomyosis and a cyst on her ovary she is seeing the consultant in January but I must admit Colchester hospital have been brilliant 👍
Many thanks for reading my post hope it wasn’t to long and boring
