Hi is a slightly elevated temperature during ovulation and period and feeling kind of fluey an endometriosis symptom or something that happens to anyone else? Thanks. I also tend to notice a very sore throat just before I start my period each month?

The slightly raised temp just after ovulation is normal. Thats how naturalcycles calculates ovulation. It increases by about 0.5 degrees c 24 to 36 hours after.
Not sure about periods and temp though, mines little higher than norm but not as high as ovulation.
