What to expect please x

Hi sorry for bad pic but can anyone help, what does this mean please and what can I expect when I see specialist- endometrioma on recto sheath and one on csection scar , thanks xx

I believe they mean they will remove them the recto sheath regardless if you want to pursue surgery and it shouldn’t cause any complications, and they would remove the endometriosis on the scar if you discuss it with them. That’s what I got from that.
