Hey! I'm looking for some advice. I was diagnosed with endometriosis in 2015 and since have had two laps with removal of endo with a possible next operation in the next few months. I am 25 and in a same sex relationship looking at starting a family in the near future. Has anyone got any advice or experience on whether I would still be able to try artificial insemination or whether I would have to have IVF having endometriosis? Any advice would be perfect!

Hi the only advice I can give is to go and talk to your gyno with your partner and see what your options are that way you can start with the process! Good luck with it x
Sorry I can't offer help, but I am interested in your situation.
I was also diagnosed in 2015, I am single but have been seriously thinking about becoming a "choice mother".
And like you I don't know what my options really are.
From my thinking if women with endo can conceive naturally then I don't see why insemination wouldn't work. Right?
Would be interested to know how you get on. And good luck xx
Hello nice to meet you. I have found that the doctors have not been helpful and even though I see a private gynaecologist be also couldn't give me much information except that it may take me longer to conceive
We are going to visit a fertility clinic after xmas and see what they say so I will keep you updated xx
