The pain in ribs endo

It's just started again a week before my period is meant to start! My ribs feels like I've been hit by a baseball bat the pain is unbearable, I have to lightly breathe in cannot raise my arm straight higher than my head!. This endometriosis is crazy how can it be this bad. In my right side ovaries area it really helps to push it in with my hand feels a bit better after that, then seems to come back even worse a few minutes after. I really don't see how these oral contraceptives are going to work...

By pushing your right side, 3thing's are happening probably, the heat, the pressure and changing the brain to the nerves which gives you a break. I sleep in the recovery position with my left leg hanging over the bedframe and right fist pushing up into my left stomach which helps me.
