I was just wondering if anyone can offer any advice or reassurance please. I have stage 4 endo with endometriomas. I also have pcos. Been told extrememly unlikely that we would conceive naturally. Due ttc for years, due a lap in 3 wks befoee ivf.
Did a preg test yesterday as my cycle had been very different. 3 confirmed tests, 1 said 2-3 wks. Was advised to go yo urgent care because of bleeding. There urine test came back negative however bloods were positive for pregnancy. Doc says I have to go back tomorrow to see if the figure has increased as it may be early miscarriage 😢😢
I have had brown discharge for a week which never had before. On Sunday evening I had some fresh blood, only a small amount and was gone by the morning. I still have a very small amount of brown discharge. This morning I did test and showing only 1-2 wks. I am so scared my little miracle has gone. I have barely slept. So scared my levels are dropping and won' know until tomorrow.
Any words of advice please? Xx

From my experience my last miscarriage was like this I found out I was pregnant then a few days later brown discharge almost like spotting then confirmed miscarriage at 5 weeks when I went to the hospital. I hope you get your answers soon and I hope it isn't a miscarriage hun. I'm just letting you know from my experience. I'm here if you want to chat lots of love
I had the same during pregnancy, twice actually. Because of the endo I also didn't scan very well so while my levels were rising as expected, they could see no baby so thought ectopic. It was only when I hit 9 weeks that the little broad bean could be seen! I'd never been so upset or stressed in my life! That little broad bean is now 3 years old so miracles do happen. I'm so sorry to hear you're going through this after trying so hard for a baby its cruel. I went through a miscarriage in July after TTC for nearly 6 years- I lost the baby at 4 and a half week's. Mine started as red spotting- which continued and turned into fresh blood and lots of huge blood clots. Once it started it didnt stop. I had to wait to have a scan done at early pregnancy unit to confirm what I already knew Id lost the baby. It was the worst experience. But it does heal with time.
The fact yours is brown is more hopeful-red is more of a concern. some ladies do spot and have healthy baby 😁 I know many women who have had bleeding and babies were fine- I bled heavily at 7 weeks with my first pregnancy he is now 19! My sister bled for 2 weeks with my niece.
If your bleeding continues and gets heavy-ie you are soaking a pad every hour/ or you experience severe pain head straight to A & E that's the advice the EPU gave me whilst I awaited my scan.

It’s awful not knowing I sympathise completely. We had to wait a week and a half for the scan and it was so stressful we ended up rowing a lot. Are they doing blood tests to monitor your hcg levels? My GP didn’t- she just referred me for scan at the early pregnancy unit- they wanted it done at just gone 6 weeks as it can be harder to see anything before then. Have they arranged a scan for you? I think any women who has a bleed during pregnancy should be routinely scanned.
Thank you- we are seeing the positive out of it- I can get pregnant and we now know it was my endo that stopped it which took many years to get diagnosed 🙄
I don’t know if this might help- I asked my gp for progesterone pessaries when I had my bleed- she was against the idea but after insisting she asked my fertility consultant who agreed it would help. I will take those from positive test to 12 weeks. I don’t know if your GP would prescribe some for you- it might reduce the bleeding. I assume you have endo and sometimes with endo we can have lower progesterone levels and might help boost it- they will tell you it’s a load rubbish but I’ve read credible articles over it and yes it can help support a pregnancy. I know a few ladies given it when they’ve had early bleeding. Just a thought. I also take a low dose steroid- only when pregnant again first 12 weeks- I have a raised NK cells and luckily my consultant believes in NK- natural killer cells.

Yes I have recently been diagnosed with stage 4 endometriosis when we were due to start ivf. Due for a.lap to remove it in 4th December.
I went to urgent care on tuesday they did bloods which were 175. I am back there today foe bloods at 5pm.
I only had some red blood on sunday night and touch wood teh brown discharge has got much less. I have had low back ache for the last 24 hours but mu ovaries are behind my womb and i have a tilted womb.
Honestly my heads battered. In the space of 3 months I have been due to start ivf, been diagnosed with stage 4 endometriosis and have endometriomas, diagnosed with pcos, found out am pregnant, worried I am having a mc and due for a lap on 4th december. Tbh i dont wether to laugh or cry, couldnt write it ha. I know its not funny but I am like is this for real??!! Ha xx
Hi, sorry for late reply I have had a rollercoaster of a week. Unfortunately I am miscarrying 😔😔. Waiting for hospital to ring me back to check my laparoscopy can go ahead in 3 wks. I am praying it will but they need to check. Thankyou to all you lovely ladies for the support xx
I'm so sorry for your loss. I'm thinking of you during this difficult time. Hold onto the hope it can happen. All the best for your laparoscopy hope it goes ahead. I promise it will get better with time. For now grieve- don't feel guilty about needing to cry and let it out.
