I don't have a formal diagnosis of endo, and am due to have my lap soon. The last couple of days I have been feeling very weak, and can usually do up to 100kg on the leg press. Today I could only manage 20kg on the leg press, and I was shaking/sweating and I felt pure exhausted.
Same with barbell squats, except I was having gynae pain with these. I felt like with every squat I was squeezing my insides and it was really painful! I tried to power through, but even unweighted squats were painful. I now have what can be described as a dull ache in my lady zone. Has anyone else had these problems? Are they possibly related to endo?
Thanks for any advice.

I'm exactly the same! When I lift, in particular with squats and deadlifts I can feel the gynea pain right there! It's horrendous and drains me physically and mentally! I've been really struggling to finish my workouts recently. I find core exercises really painful on the spot but later on in the day it kinds of triggers the pain even more than usual. As haven't been diagnosed yet and I'm waiting to be referred for a lap!
I hope you'll get some answers soon! It's so frustrating because I love working out but all of this is really stopping me from enjoying it and put me off going to the gym. Good luck with your diagnosis! X
Ahh I am so glad I'm not the only one! Everything you've said is the same problem as me! I tried to do core the other day, but felt like something was ripping inside me and had to stop - ran to the loo and I had come on.
I did come on this morning after writing that post so I don't know if that's anything to do with it. I am finding that I come on after training despite being on the pill.
Thanks for the feedback! As horrible as it is, it's nice to know I'm not alone xxx
