Need some support

Hi All,

I had my surgery back in Feb they found adhesions and a few of my organs were tangled and stuck together, they also said they had found signs of an infection. I had a lot of pain after the surgery, so I finally managed to get another gyno appointment. I walked in today with hope that I would get myself sorted and have walked out feeling like an idiot... apparently no endo was found back in Feb so now I have no idea what has been causing me so much pain/ why it flares up servilely around my period, I'm now feeling completely lost and not really sure what to do.

There is something called endometritis which is inflammation due to infection.?

Thank you, I will discuss that with my doctor. I was on a large amount of antibiotics after my surgery which I thought would clear up any infection. Really appreciate your help.
