So painful

Hello all. So I'm new here, I'm 17 and I've been suffering really heavy and painful periods since I first had a period age 14! I came on my period 3 days ago and it was so painful I couldn't walk, felt dizzy and felt so sick. I had to go home from work and curl into a ball and cry, I took paracetamol and iboprofen but didn't work, I tried a hot water bottle didn't work either. I had a scan a while back of my ovaries and Fallopian tubes and they were absolutely fine (I was showing signs of polycystic ovaries) I am so heavy when I'm on changing every half hour/ hour and I seem to be unusually tired all the time and can't get through the day without a nap!!!

It seems to get worse every period, I was on the contraceptive pill which helped a lot but I kept forgetting to take it and it was really messing with my moods and giving me migraines (I've tried 4 different ones)

I'm beginning to think it's endometriosis, if anyone can advise me that would be great!!

Hey i get your pain. Have u gone to ur drs? U need to see if naproxen( better then ibuprofen) and co codamol and also tranexamic acid may help u, i take it and it work a treat for me, im so heavy and clotty since taking tran acid it lightened it all up for me and made pain bearable

I don't take co codamol because I don't like the side the side effects.. they send me into hallucinations.
