I'm thinking of getting back to jogging, and i'd be more motivated to go running if someone would want to jog together. So if anyone lives in Rochester or Kent area, and would love to connect and go for a run, please let me know! Don't worry it wouldn't be a super long run, we can decide how much we feel like running on the day.
Sending good vibes to all,
Ugne

Have you thought about trying parkrun? (Weekly, free, timed 5k run). If you haven't done one before - most parkrun communities are extremely supportive and welcoming. I'm one of the 'Endometriosis parkrun Champions' and feel really passionate about promoting the benefits of running, walking or volunteering at parkrun events to those affected by endo. Let me know if I can help you in any way.😊
PS I live in York so it would be a bit too far to meet up for a run - unfortunately!
Thanks so much Cath77 for your reply. I've never heard of parkrun, but now I'll definitely look into it!
Well done you for being so passionate and supportive about promoting the benefits of running/walking to endo sufferers. Hope this forum can help you to find more ladies in your area to join in!
Running has helped me a lot to release any frustrations and low moods, look forward to going back to it
