I’m suffering really Bad on hrt gained loads weight feeling very depressed suffering with really with pain an constantly having diarrhoea can not go anywhere. Feel like I was better of with the pain.

Have you tried a different HRT? Which one are you on?

Pain could be endo back or bowels still not normal, why don't you ask GP for referral back to endo clinic. ?
