Would you know if your endometrioma is leaking blood? And is it dangerous if it's leaking and you don't seek medical advice? Or does the body reabsorb the blood?

Hi Crystalee, I hope you are well! I am very new to all of this but I can report that my cyst is blocking my period from coming out, and the effect of that is it seems like I am 'leaking blood'. I don't know about internally and whether the endometrioma can leak blood and whether it's dangerous. I haven't seen anything along those lines from what I have been reading. xx
