Advise please.

Apologies in advance if this turns out to be a little long winded.....

After having my son nearly 12 years ago i had the implanon implant fitted. In the 10 years i had the implant in i didnt have a single period. December 2015 i had the implant removed and went on the pill for 6 months, after that i didnt take any contraception and still no signs of period. December 2016 is when the suspected endometriosis started.....4 months of pain and constant bleeding (including clots the size of my palm).

Luckily for me i was cleared of endometriosis and any other condition in fact. I have had no answers to the bleeding other than a possible build up of old blood....scans and tests have showed nothing to worry about or significant reasons. However i have been told i have a very thin uterus wall which may be one cause of failing to conceive.

So since the endo symptoms miraculously stopped as quick as they started i am back to square one and still having no periods. But......sometimes after sex i get a little spot of blood. Its only there when i wipe, is very pale pink and like a jelly consistency (sorry if TMI). Anyways.....no sex for 9 days and 3 days ago this spotting starts again and its not stopped. Like i say its only when i wipe but not every time. But today i feel nausea, mild cramping and a feeling of pressure as if i need to pass something from my vagina.

My husband and i are having unprotected sex but we are sort of taking it for granted that i am unable to fall pregnant because of having no period and my thin uterus wall.

Has anyone had anything similar?

Its always in the back of my mind that the extremely heavy bleeding and pain are going to start again. They came and diseappeared before so figure it could again. I am so anxious right now as i have no idea what is going on in my own body.

Someone help?????
