Hot water bottle

Does anyone like the little relief a hot water bottle gives with the pain but the heat makes you feel a bit sick ?

I have always used a hot water bottle, again it works well but always protect yourself with a cover, I was badly burned years ago but prompt action saved scarring. I read your other post so I can see you are actively seeking relief. If you are open to it find some healing meditations if nothing else they relax you and ease aches and pains. Good luck
