I am not having endometriosis .i covcieved three times , but doc told no growth .three years ago i get married.three times same reason , misscarge all the times .last time i take hyperion injection ,but no use .my periods regular.but this time after miscarriage no periods came.soo doc give me medroxyprogesterone acetate tablet 10 mg for 10 day daliy two tablets .i ate for 15 tablet for 7 and half days .after finishing that i got lite spotting only, no periods came till, last periods date july 22 its started.till not came .when my periods will start .please any one know means answer me

Have you had a laparoscopy? It is a small operation where they, put you under and then have a look inside your abdominal cavity. That is really the only way to be absolutely certain that you do not have endometriosis. If you have not had a laparoscopy, they cannot know for certain if you have endometriosis. If you have had an ultrasound of all your abdominal cavity, and they also did a 'transvaginal' ultrasound at the same time ( a transvaginal ultrasound is when they put a probe into your vagina, so that they can see your ovaries and the ligamnets there, more clearly). If they did this - and spotted endometriosis - they would still have to do a laparaoscy to look in all areas, and to remove any. Check this with your Doctor.

Also, I would expect them to have done more to find out why you cannot conceive.
