Stopping the period naturally

Hi all

Been reading this blog for nearly a year now but this is my 1st post.

Had my laproscropy in Dec and since have only 3 periods as was told to keep taking the pill continuously and only to stop (for 3 days) if I get break through bleeding.

My periods have all been pretty miserable and painful but the decreased amount has made it tolerable.

Is there any natural ways of stopping the period as I don't need a period (as I'm not trying to get pregnant), don't want to keep taking the pill but also don't want an early menopause- I'm only 37.

Any advice would be much appreciated x

Have a look into progesterone cream the natural one big identical one. if that might help. Although taking it all the time would cause hormonal imbalance. That's the only thing I could think of naturally. Sorry wasn't much help. Research hun xx
