Endo pain!

I was recently diagnosed with endometriosis last year after years of pain and heavy bleeding, I then went on to 6 months of zoladex injections to help with pain and bleeding etc. I have been off them now for about 3 months, still no period, but severe pain! All in my stomach and loads of pressure in my back and ovaries, is this a sign of my period coming back? I've had it severe for the last few weeks , I am due for another laparoscopy shortly to see if the endometriosis has spread. I currently have no children at the moment , I just wanted to know if anyone else has suffered similar pain after stopping the zoladex injections or what it may be . Thanks!
