What have I forgotten for my lap next week?

Hi there

I have my third lap next week. It's been over 5 years since my last one and I'm wondering what I've forgotten. So far I have the following on the following lists:

Hospital:

Dressing gown

Nightshirt

Slippers

Ginger biscuits (for nausea)

Ginger and mint teas (for nausea and gas pain)

Normal toiletries including face wipes

Phone

Purse with cash!

Paperwork incl insurance details (private)

Phone charger

Puzzle book

Home:

More mint tea

Paracetamol

Ibuprofen

Waterproof dressings (I used these last time four showers then removed them immediately after and worked fine)

What have I forgotten? What else do I need? Any suggestions?

Hi

That seems like a pretty comprehensive list to me, and whilst I can see you have mint tea on the list I found that peppermint capsules really helped with the gas pain too.

I managed to get them at my local health sore very reasonably priced.

Apart from that I can't think of anything else at the moment but if I do I will get back to you!
