I've been having a lot of days of feeling dizzy/like I'm not here and I can't think straight or talk properly mixing my words up and doing things wrong making silly little mistakes. Does anyone else have this? I had a total hysterectomy 7 years ago but my symptoms are almost back to how they were before my op minus the bleeding! Xx

Hi I have this and I know there is a link with my hormones but as yet still trying to manage it I've changed my diet and hoping this will help after getting my food intolerances tested.
