6weeks break from zoladex

hello all i was diagnose with stage 4 Endo ,i had my loparoscopy last year august ,im on my 8th dose of zoladex with migraines aches ,pains ,exhaustion,hot flushes,insomnia and low libido ,,,now my problem is that my next dose is next week thursday ,and the following day im going on a vacation with family friends .icant take it it will a horible trip for my loved ones.. but now cause i took my med from a government i must make a new appointment they say i must comeback after 6weeks ill i servive i can feel the pains from far

I am on my 4th dose I get the hot flashes but try to exercise it helps wen u feel tired and also helps with sleep. Only thing is my bones feel funny and pains in a strange way. I was placed on a low dose pi!lto help. Has anyone gotten To this stage?
