Wondering if my Endo is why the morning after my first gonalef injection (short protocol Ivf) I'm in debilitating pain

I take gabapentin for my endo nerve pain, 400mg 3 times daily, and yesterday my last dose of this was quite late, after 8pm, but this morning the abdominal pain was so intense I couldn't even get to my tablets at 5am to take my morning dose. Any suggestions for pain relief in addition to my gabapentin?

Hi, I'm naproxen which is anti inflammatory and normal pain killers.

Does gabapentin normally help you? The reason I ask is I have fibromyalgia as well endometriosis. I was prescribed Gabapentin for the fibromyalgia but when the endo kicked in big time I stopped taking it.
