I am struggling to adapt to life with endo especially managing my lower back pain and swollen tummy. Does anyone have any tips or advice on less intense exercise or ways to deal with pain when out and about?

Others seem to manage more exercise but I've no idea how. I believe I have CFS type issues though.
Swimming and yoga are both good, maybe pilates? I play netball but unfortunately I may have to stop playing as frequently as I think it makes it worse for me if you like dogs and your family or neighbours have one you could walk it, too.
