Hi, I used to take cat's claw for my pain and that really helped. Unfortunately it's no longer available in most of Europe, UK included. If anyone knows where to get it from I'd be interested to know. Thank you. I have heard of Agnus cactus helping some people with their symptoms.

Be careful with agnus castus. It's not for everyone... read up on it. There are certain days in the month when you should take it and some when you shouldn't. I have to say that it did not help my pain. It made me feel less irritable but it delayed my period. I would not take it again.

Thanks for your advice Marie it all helps x

I really struggle to find anything as my stomach is ridiculously sensitive. I try not to take anything and at the moment I am managing the endo with a good diet. I really think it makes a difference. I try and bank all my pain relief for when my period starts as that's when it's worse. X

I have same problem, and the agnus cactus helped me with the pains. Have to say amazing results and quite quickly when it comes to pain. However my menses are a mess. Taking just for few days a month I wouldn't recomend. Last month I took it for about 2 weeks then interrupted it and had my period for 10 long days, but no pain at all. This month I didn't interrupt it and my period is already a week late and nothing yet.

Yea same Marie oh the pain epically when passing water it's like little ninjas are squeezing every part of my bladder and left ovarie.sometimes it stops me from going. I had a internal ultrasound a few months ago and I have swollen ovaries and chocolate cysts so hopefully wen I see my gyno in Jan they may remove my ovaries. you sound so strong and it is wise to go on a good diet. I had my gallbladder removed in Feb so find it hard having a good apetite. keep me posted Marie on how your getting on. In a nice way it's lovely to hear I am not the only one going thro this alone. just feel like it's only me who has these awful pains that won't go away x
