Hello, I'm new here and need some help.

I've been on my cycle for almost 4 months now and becoming very bloated and gained 20 pounds in 2 months.

I have looked all over the internet to find a workout that wont cause more damage or pain with my PCOS & Endo, anyone have info or ideas for me?

how about walking? I try and do light walks each day just going at my own pace and it seems to be okay, what have you tried?

I live in Phoenix, Arizona in the U.S.

It gets extremely hot here and the winter is the only time I can walk (it helps), the only other thing I do is country dance. Dancing helps, but cant get out often.

Going to the gym, having a trainer doesn't help and I end up in a lot of pain.

Swimming, walking, running? What have you tried and what have you found causes pain?

Walking and running is only an option during winter, I never thought of swimming and I'm gonna give that a try.

When I do most core work outs(pull/push up, crutches, act.) I get mussel spasms/tearing pain in the front and back low groin area.

Treadmill at home for the summer? I'm just looking at getting one

I find swimming a good option hopefully you do to perhaps also fitness groups? Kickboxing is something I used to do (and need to get back too!)

Not what you're looking for?
