Confused

Had a diagnostic Lap some years ago but no endo found, just adhesions fusing bowel to uterus.

All these years on and I still get exactly the same pain.

Pain with sex and bloating, pain and diarrrea for 1/2 days after.

Pain every morning that wakes me up in lower back (around tailbone) this will pass once ive emptied bowels

Extreme Stabbing pain in right groin with periods & diarrea

I finally have the option to see someone that actually knows their stuff with endo and have a private appointment on thirsday.

My queation is, could all theae nasty sumptoms be just related to adhesions still or could this still be endo?

Can pain from adhesions alone cause all these symptoms?
