We are so strong! I am in agony! I haven't moved from my bed all day because of the pain having to ring in sick to my new job! I've been there for 3 weeks! But I physically can't go in 😭

Really feel for you. Have you had any treatment or are you waiting for some? Don't worry about having to ring in sick to new job. Your boss I'm sure will understand. If not, get letter from gp. You maybe are doing this already but hot water bottle helps ease pain a bit. I know from my own experience that painkillers don't help alot but apparently codeine is meant to be good,which I need to try myself. Hoping you are going to get treated/seen to by specialists soon if not already. X

I hope your feeling better. We all feel your pain lovely, be kind to yourself. Try to be careful with the hot water bottle it became my best friend (as did codeine) both come with negative side effects. I literally burnt my skin as it was never hot enough and now have a scar across my belly/thigh area - Just make sure you have a towel between you and the bottle and don't wait for it to be boiling hot. I started googling the marks I was getting and apparently your basicly boiling your blood vessels and it can takes months/ years to heal. There is an actual name for it just can't remember. Don't want to scare you but hopefully prevent you from doing the damage I have.

Thank you Hun! I'm in pain again I've taken no pain relief, I'm just feeling really sleepy! And drained! I'm a bugger for boiling the kettle and sticking it in my hot water bottle then putting it on my stomach xxxxx
