Absolutely random question. But does anyone struggle to drink lots? I get so bloated. I'm meant to be on a 2litre fluid intake a day but I can't drink that much without being sick. But now I'm struggling with headaches etc in this heat 🤔any tips nicely appreciated

I know how you feel. I havenow got kidney stones. I get very bliated and nauseous and when i drink anything it goes straight through so im not absorbing the water into my cells and tissues. I havent found amything that helps yet. Good luck xx
