Is it possible to be pain free and pill free?

I'm starting to really hate the pill. I've never been able to find one that works for me and I'm not allowed on the combined pill due to high risk of strokes. Is there a way that I can be pill free and pain free?? Please help! I'm going to the doctors tomorrow but I feel like you all might have more knowledge than my male local doctor.

Have you tried a progesterone only pill like cerezette? Also try Zoladex injections? Both worked a treat for me. I've come off both now as I'm trying to get pregnant. The pain has returned 😢

I am on Cerelle which is pregesterone only 😢 Don't know what to do!
