Cilest pill

It's the first time I have taken Cilest back to back. I've got one week left to take the rest of the packet. I'm getting period pains,sore boobs and discharge. Is this normal with this kind of tablet, as I'm worried it may be something else or early pregnancy which I don't think it is as I take my pill every day!

Please help
