It seems to affect different people differently. I thought it was wonderful as it got rid of all my endo symptoms when I was first put on it (before I was diagnosed) but other people have had problems with it.

Yeah it was horriable. I still feel so forgetful!! I also got bruises from the injection. But please remember that this may not be the same for you xxx

Wasn't for me .. I lasted three months before I threw towel in! They wanted to put me on it after my second surgery and I said no! Couldn't cope with the hot flushes, fatigue, joint pain it caused me. But there's no saying you will have the same reaction .. My gynea has put me on combined pill .. 3 months on, 5 days off! ..

I have had the pill can't tolerate it have bad aide affects..... there seems to be more negative than positive when it comes to zoladex. I'm worried because I don't tolerate contraceptive pills or patches so I hope this doesn't have a bad effect on me

I couldn't tolerate the pill. I had a cervical erosion in my 20s that wouldn't heal until I stopped the pill. I was off it for a decade then diagnosed with stage 4. Had major surgery then my gynae said it is the only way to prevent further damage. I can't say upto now. I'm 2 cycles in. Not been well since surgery and under further investigation. I can't say if the pill is contributing to my ill health or making it slightly better as have loads going on. I just know for the past decade I've ate healthily, was for as owned and rode horses and that did nothing for my disease. So thought I've nothing to lose by trying it! Good luck on whatever you try, I hope you find something that works.

Hi, I am 22 and I am going through through this treatment now. Ive had 3 injections so far and honestly you have good days and bad days. I was so terrified to put it in my body as I had read a lot of negative comments but I am so glad I went through with it. Yes I get crazy hot flushes, have noticed hair loss, am ALWAYS tired and the injections are sore but it's nowhere near as bad as thought it would be. It all depends on the person and there are some unfortunate side effects but I'm glad Im giving it a go because it has stopped my cramps and it was my last resort. Good luck with it all!
