Ovulation pain

Hi all I am just looking for advice. Most months I get excruciating ovulation pain on the right hand side and get pressure/uncomfortable in my rectum (my uterus is tethered to my bowel) and obviously in this day I am in agony, do not feel like having sex even though we are trying but also struggle at work.I use a head pad to try and alleviate some pain but has anyone got any other ideas or advice?Ive been told not to take my mefanemic acid as it could interfere with ovulation! I need something to help with this pain thank you xx

Trying to have a child? I'm sorry but it sounds like there might be an ovarian cyst or adhesions (if the pain feels like pulling). You need to undergo laparoscopy asap (also to separate the uterus from the bowel). That needs to be carried out by an endo surgeon only.

If the surgery is performed right by an expert endo surgeon, the chances of you getting pregnant will be much higher. Wish you the best!
