Painful sex after laparoscopy

Hi

I had a laparoscopy three weeks ago and a smear test. Endermetriosis was found on both ovaries and removed

I've never had pain after sex before but this is like a stinging. I had swabs taken after surgery just as routine after the smear test

I'm hoping I'm just a little bit raw inside still and maybe sex isn't for me yet

Anybody else had this experience?

I don't think so! It wasn't closed just felt abit 'chafed' if that makes sense

Could still be secondary vaginismus as it can present itself in different ways, as mine is more burning than closure x
