HRT and insomnia

Hi ladies - I've been on prostap for a little over three months now and am really struggling with insomnia. I started kliovance two weeks ago to help combat the side effects of prostap and am wondering how long it takes to kick in? Has anyone experienced a return in their endo pain with it?

Thanks

J xxxx

Hi. I'm on Kliovance as had hyster and ovaries out so in early menopause. I've found it really helpful with hot sweats and insomnia and just feeling low. I'd say it took 2 to 4 weeks to kick in and work properly.

If it doesn't work for you my consultant suggested going onto kliofem which is same drugs but a bit stronger.

I've been in constant endo pain so can't say it had any affect on my endo. It's supposed not to as it's a combined hrt and that is what is recommended for us endo sufferers

Good luck
