Hi, I have been TTC for about two years now. I have only been pregnant once and it ended with m/c at 6 weeks, which was about 6 months ago now. I just had a 3-D ultrasound done and they found a endometrial cyst on my right ovary. I am very worried that this is the reason I haven't been able to conceive and unsure what it means for the future. Everything else looks perfect, all my blood work including thyroid and egg reserve, histiopingagram looked good, and hormone levels.
I have never had any symptoms associated w endo- other than hard time conceiving. Because they found this cyst does that mean I likely have Endo? Anyone else have a similar experience?

Hi there. I'm in almost the exact same situation. TTC for 2 years and recently been diognosed with endometrioma cyst in my left ovary. Only symptoms I've noticed are some IBS type symptoms (for most of my life) and occasional painful periods - so was a shock to be diognosed with endometriosis. All of my other tests have also come back fine.
Am now waiting to be referred to a fertility specialist - the whole process is so slow and frustrating! There are treatments (including and not limited to surgery) and I know of lots of women who have successfully conceived either naturally or after treatment so best of luck xx
