Feeling exhausted...

i was diagnosed with endo 23 years ago, had loads of test and medications...didn't stay on any just managed...doctors didnt seem to care..then 3 years ago i was flooding more than normal, went to the doctors they did my blood count which was 4.1..should between 12/17 normal range, i was bleeding to death! They did a scan and found i had fibroids . Went on medication to shrink them, then last year had an ablation they said it would solve all my problems...mmm its didnt im worse than ever..also now have cysts on my ovarys...ive decided after lots of thinking to have an hystrectomy...went to see my surgeon today and he said he wants me to have a MRI he thinks my uterus is attached to my bowel....i am so upset and scared he said we will talk about options in 6 weeks...im at a loss and thinking this is going to control the rest of my life...ive been bleeding no for 3 months and i am on Norethisterone that is suppose to stop the bleeding...im new to this site please be gentle with me
