Yeah same trying for about two years, devastated every month. just been put on the IVF waiting list but I heard a story (admittedly someone without endo) saying the pain of I've is 10x your worse period pain, which has really freaked me out because tonight I've been vomitting from the pain of going to the toilet! My 4cm cyst came back really quickly after surgery but doctor advised repeat surgery is not ideal for fertility. I find it really hard to tell people I know that I'm trying, I just use my endo as an excuse for all the appointments for various scans and consultations!
Hi Jade, I've been trying for just over two years and have had my AMH blood test although I'm still waiting on the results. 21 day blood test (checks hormones) and recently my HyCoSy. Which I found quite painful. I'm due to have a laparoscopy and they've told me both of my tubes are blocked. Also like you my partner has had the swimmers checked. He's OK. But feel so devastated about the blockages. I've been trying to get my pain managed for years and now at 37 I'm so scared and frustrated that it's taken so long. Have you been diagnosed with anything? T
Hey ladies. So since this post, literally a week or so later I found out I was pregnant!
Such a surprise as never thought it would or could happen. I'm now just over 10 weeks now. Conceived after a lovely weekend away for my birthday!
Never give up trying is the only words of wisdom I have. I had tried for so long I'm still finding it hard to get my head around the fact it has actually happened.
