I'm having such a bad day with my pain. Feels like I'm meant to be on but so far I'm not.. Just agonising tummy, back and hip pain 😢

I bought some Epsom Bath Salt so think I'll try that when I get home. Has anyone else tried it??

Hi Felicia Rose, hope you're pain free now. A friend suggested Epsom Salt bathsalts for my foot pain & aches. Have they worked for you? Aloe Vera gel/cream is soothing. Also Camomile or Lavender bath cream (perfume free by Simple) is soothing. Hope you get some answers fr med pros. Pls keep us posted x
